This option is intended for companies or institutions that wish to provide language learning or improvement courses to their employees, sometimes struggling to coordinate their professional activity with training schedules.
The formation of small closed groups and the realization of courses in the workplace make it possible for a completely personalized teaching process, avoiding participants’ loss of time during commuting. They also allow for the organization of specific programs, which, tailored to the various levels of knowledge, are based on the study of various language structures, in a general scope, combined with the business area.
Thus, based on the results of knowledge assessment tests and the analysis of the functions and objectives of the personnel to be trained, Oxford School can suggest a study program with a predefined duration and implement training courses that integrate the following options:

The Oxford School uses a fully teacher-assisted method of teaching, either face-to-face or online, to emphasise the oral aspect of communication without neglecting the other language skills, which include lexical, phonological and syntactic knowledge and skills.
Direct contact with the teacher and the simulation of real-life situations allow students to speak from the start without the need for translation.
Language structures are taught naturally and progressively. The teacher uses as little theoretical explanation as possible. Students are encouraged to learn the rules through examples and are encouraged to take an active part in the learning process.
The course programmes are structured according to the different levels of education and with the aim of preparing students for the official exams of the various European universities, whose language diplomas are internationally recognised. The Oxford School is proud of its 90% success rate in international examinations.

At the end of each course, our students receive a certificate that verifies the level achieved according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
These certificates include the type of course, duration, grade, the level attended, and the level achieved.
As Oxford School is a school recognized by the Ministry of Education, these certificates are official and have curricular validity.
- Group Classes (4 – 12 students)
Oxford School offers courses in organized classes for any of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Russian.
- Private Lessons (1 – 3 students)
In private lessons or small closed groups, Oxford School offers courses for almost all European languages, taught by teachers of the respective nationality. Classes can take place at the school facilities, online, or at the students’ homes. Private lessons are open to participants of all ages who desire personalized instruction tailored to their specific interests. They can start and end at any time of the year, with total schedule flexibility.
- Regular Courses
These courses run throughout the academic year, from October to June, with a workload of 2 or 3 hours per week, and are suitable for all levels of proficiency (Levels 1 to 8).
- Semi-Intensive Quarterly Courses
Courses are organized into modules of 48 or 60 hours, with a weekly workload of 4 or 6 hours. They take place throughout the academic year (Oct. to June).
- Summer Courses
The months of July, August, and September are particularly dedicated to intensive courses of 48 or 60 hours (4 weeks in duration).
